To operate your account, match you to opportunities, deliver training, generate assessment results, process payments, and communicate about services you requested.

Who can see candidate data

Your resume, contact details and assessment results are visible to you, to Golden Healing Solutions recruiters working your applications, to the employer whose role you applied to, and to platform administrators. They are not published publicly and are not sold.

Retention

Candidate records are retained while your account is active and for a defined period afterwards. [ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED: specify retention period and jurisdictional basis.]

Your choices

You may update or delete your profile, request a copy of your data, or close your account by contacting info@goldenhealingsolutions.com.

Third-party processors

Payments (Stripe), CRM (HubSpot), transactional email, and object storage. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
